La actualización de la versión 7.9 de

Honkai Impact 3rd, "Stars Derailed", se lanza el 28 de noviembre y trae un emocionante cruce con Honkai: Star Rail. Esta colaboración presenta el traje de batalla Thousand-Faced Maestro: Cameo, que permite a los jugadores formar equipo con Sparkle en emocionantes batallas. La actualización también incluye las finales de Ten Shus War y trajes colaborativos.

El crossover combina a la perfección ambos mundos del juego dentro de un nuevo mapa matricial, desarrollando la historia principal "Wails Stifled by the Silent Shadow".
