La persistencia de los NPC se desata en un divertido juego Pokémon

Un jugador de Pokémon está experimentando una fama viral inesperada debido a un par de NPC demasiado persistentes. Un breve vídeo muestra al jugador atrapado, su teléfono dentro del juego suena incesantemente con llamadas de estos dos personajes.

Pokémon Gold y Silver introdujeron una función telefónica que permite a los jugadores recibir llamadas de ciertos NPC después de las batallas. Estas llamadas pueden ofrecer actualizaciones amistosas, detalles de la historia u oportunidades de revancha. Sin embargo, el juego de este jugador parece haber fallado, lo que resultó en un aluvión incesante de llamadas de dos entrenadores entusiastas.

FodderWadder, entusiasta de Pokémon, publicó un clip que los muestra acorralados en un Centro Pokémon. El vídeo comienza con una llamada de Wade the Bug Catcher, que detalla su entrenamiento con Caterpie y un encuentro reciente con Pidgey. Antes de que el jugador pueda reaccionar, el joven Joey llama y solicita una revancha en la Ruta 30.

El repique incesante continúa. Después de colgar con Joey, la llamada se repite, seguida inmediatamente por otra llamada de Wade, aparentemente repitiendo su mensaje anterior.

La causa de este incesante llamado no está clara. Si bien el joven Joey y el sistema de llamadas de Pokémon Oro y Plata son conocidos por sus llamadas repetitivas, este nivel de persistencia es inusual.
