This quiz app, "Cultura Generala," offers thousands of four-choice multiple-choice questions across numerous subjects, ideal for all ages and even baccalaureate exam prep.

The app currently includes question sets based on Romanian high school textbooks: History of Romanians (12th grade), Philosophy (12th grade), Economics (11th grade), and Psychology (10th grade), each boasting approximately one thousand questions.

The extensive database contains over 10,000 questions covering literature, film, art, mythology, music, psychology, sports, history, chemistry, politics, biology, vocabulary, linguistics, grammar, English, antiquity, rebus puzzles, IT/computer science, Bible/religion, anatomy, zoology, capital cities, and more. 90% of these questions are original and exclusive to the app.

Each quiz features 21 questions (7 questions per level, across 3 levels), with four answer choices per question. Players can utilize lifelines ("50/50," ask the audience, or ask a friend), and skipping questions is allowed from level two onward. Three bonus chances mitigate incorrect answers, resulting in point deductions rather than immediate game over. Scoring considers time, difficulty, and the number of question sets selected. Bonus points are awarded for level completion and winning.

High scores can be submitted to an online leaderboard. Personal statistics track total points, average score per quiz, average quiz time, best and last results, and leaderboard ranking. Customizable settings include background music, sound effects, and voice announcements. Questions, answers, and other information can be voice-read.

The app is available on Android, Android TV, iOS (App Store), and as a web version at www.culturagenerala.ro. It's fully accessible with screen readers like Talkback or Jieshuo Plus. The web version allows user-submitted question sets. The gameplay is reminiscent of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?"
