How to Use Console Commands in Victoria 3

To activate console commands in *Victoria 3*, follow these simple steps:

Launch Steam and select *Victoria 3* from your library.
Right-click on the game title and open the settings.
Navigate to the 'General' tab and find 'Launch Options.'
Type "-debug_mode" in the text box and launch the game.
Once in the game, press the "~" key to open the debug menu.
