How to Play:

• Players: 4 players.
• Cards: Standard 52-card deck. Each player receives 13 cards. All spades are trump.
• Trump: In this variation, only spades are trump.
• Objective: Before the game begins, predict the number of hands you'll win and strive to meet or exceed your prediction.
• Bidding: Players, starting to the dealer's right, declare their hand target and record it on the scoreboard.
• Gameplay: The first player plays a card. Subsequent players must follow suit if possible. If unable to follow suit, they play a trump card if they have one; otherwise, they play any card.
• Scoring: At the end of each round:
  • Meeting or Exceeding Target: 10 points per committed hand + (hands won - committed hands) points.
  • Falling Short of Target: -10 points per committed hand.
  • Zero-Hand Bid: +50 points if no hands are won, -50 points if any hands are won.
• Settling: The term "settling" applies when a player fails to achieve their bid at the end of the game.
