Getting Started with emmy:

Download the emmy app and begin your ride! The app simplifies the entire process: locate a nearby scooter, reserve it, and unlock it—it's that simple. emmy handles the charging, providing fully charged scooters with two helmets (different sizes) and a phone holder.

Account creation is straightforward:

1. Download the emmy app and register for €4.95 (includes 15 free minutes).
2. Verify your EU driver's license to activate your account.
3. Find a nearby moped using the app and reserve it (free reservation).
4. Park your scooter in a designated public parking spot within our service area to end your rental.

How to Start Your emmy Moped:

1. Open the helmet compartment (red button).
2. Remove the scooter from the kickstand (push the handlebars forward).
3. Turn the red switch on the right handlebar to "ON" (for Yadea models, press the "P-button").
4. Simultaneously pull the brake and press the "Down" switch on the left handlebar to start the engine.

Our Scooter Fleet:

NIU scooters are available in Berlin, Hamburg, and Dresden. Yadea scooters service Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich. Remember to park responsibly in designated areas.

Pricing:

A one-time registration fee of €4.95 grants 15 free minutes (valid for 3 months). Moped booking and reservation are free (15-minute limit). Unlocking costs €1, with a usage fee of €0.33 per minute. Pause your ride mid-journey at a reduced rate.
