This OATH-compliant app uses both time-based and event-based OTP generation, acting as the client component for Fortinet's secure and cost-effective authentication system. It requires a FortiOS, FortiAuthenticator, or FortiToken Cloud server for OTP validation.

Privacy and Security:

Rest assured, FortiToken Mobile prioritizes your privacy and control. It cannot access or modify sensitive phone functions without your explicit permission. This includes:

• No access to camera, microphone, or storage (except for QR code scanning during token activation).
• No access to your emails, browser history, or contacts.
• No remote wipe capabilities.
• Requires permission for notifications and settings changes.

The app's access requests are limited to:

• Camera access: Solely for scanning QR codes during token setup.
• TouchID/FaceID: For enhanced app security.
• Internet access: To activate tokens and receive push notifications.
• Email access: Only to pre-fill the "Sender" field when using the "Send Feedback" feature.
• File sharing: To attach files to feedback emails.
• Prevent sleep mode: Temporarily prevents the phone from sleeping during database updates to prevent data corruption.
