Black Border 2 Drops Update 2.1: New Features and Emotes Added
Following the monumental Update 2.0, Black Border 2 has rolled out Update 2.1, introducing exciting new features while addressing community feedback. Though not as extensive as its predecessor, Update 2.1 significantly enhances the gameplay experience.
What’s New in Update 2.1 of Black Border 2?
One of the headline additions in Update 2.1 is the introduction of five new wanted characters, available at level 36. These characters are far from your typical travelers and can bring significant challenges. It's crucial to catch them before they escape, as missing one could have consequences you'll need to face.
The update also brings more life to border interactions with the introduction of new emotes. These emotes allow characters you're interrogating to exhibit more personality, using charm, pleading, or frustration to influence their encounters with you.
The bribery system in Black Border 2 has seen a tweak as well. Bribes now appear only after you reject a request, adding more strategic depth to your decision-making process.
Another welcome change is the instant reward system for base building. Now, when you construct something, you'll receive your rewards immediately, without any waiting period.
Lastly, Update 2.1 enhances the game's audio and visual effects. New sound effects for actions like stamping and document handling have been added, along with animations for warning papers, vehicle spins, and manual inspections, enriching the overall sensory experience.
More Is Coming Soon!
The development team is already hard at work on Update 2.2, which promises to introduce an all-new Story Mode. Additionally, Black Border 2 is being developed for the Nintendo Switch, expanding its reach to new platforms. You can experience the latest update by downloading the game from the Google Play Store.
