How To Get Costume Minccino in Pokemon GO

The Pokémon GO Fashion Week event is back, bringing returning costumed Pokémon and a new addition: Minccino and Cinccino in stylish outfits!

When to Catch Costumed Minccino:

The Fashion Week event, featuring costumed Minccino and Cinccino, ran from January 10th to 19th, 2025. These fashionable Pokémon sport rhinestone glasses and adorable bows. While Costume Minccino had a shiny variant, Costume Cinccino did not. The event also included costumed Butterfree, Dragonite, Diglett, Blitzle, Kirlia, Shinx, and various Furfrou forms.

How to Obtain Costume Minccino:

Unlike previous events, obtaining Costume Minccino was limited:

• One-Star Raids: Costume Minccino appeared in easily soloable One-Star Raids. However, other Pokémon like Shinx and Furfrou also appeared in these raids, requiring some searching.

• Paid Timed Research: A $5 USD (or equivalent) ticket offered guaranteed encounters with Costume Minccino, alongside XP, Stardust, and a new avatar pose.

• Field Research: While Field Research tasks offered encounters with event Pokémon, Niantic didn't specify if Costume Minccino was included, suggesting it was less likely than the paid option.

Getting Costume Cinccino:

To obtain Costume Cinccino, you needed to evolve a Costume Minccino using 50 Minccino Candy and a Unova Stone.
