Early in Freedom Wars Remastered's main storyline, you'll need to locate the Cell Garden within your Panopticon. This area provides a safer alternative to operations for resource farming. While multiple Cell Gardens exist, accessing them follows the same process regardless of level. This guide details locating and utilizing any Cell Garden.

Mattias's request to investigate a ghost girl story initiates your Cell Garden search. Begin in Level 2's main cell block (2-A000). Locate a small, elevator-like room in the left corner. This isn't an elevator; interacting with it transports you to 2-E165 (Enzo's location).
From 2-E165, follow the right-hand wall to another small room containing a device leading to 2-G100. Repeat this process; the far room in 2-G100 houses the device accessing the Cell Garden.
This route remains consistent across all levels. Unlocking the Quick-Travel Entitlement significantly reduces travel time. Post-main quest completion, access to any Cell Garden becomes unrestricted, though a specific Entitlement offers considerable advantages.
Each device leading to the next area or the Cell Garden is marked with a blue door icon.
How the Cell Garden Functions in Freedom Wars Remastered
The main story Cell Garden mission differs from subsequent uses. Here's how it works outside the main quest:
- A one-minute time limit applies before expulsion.
- The room's layout varies each visit.
- Eight resource orbs (small green orbs) are scattered throughout.
The Window on Liberty offers Entitlements extending your Cell Garden time. Some layouts present puzzles, increasing difficulty. The first upgrade, granting a two-minute limit, unlocks at CODE level 3.
