GOG Resurrects Dino Crisis and Dino Crisis 2 on PC

GOG resurrects the cult classic survival horror games, Dino Crisis and Dino Crisis 2, bringing them to PC in DRM-free re-releases. Both titles, originally released on PlayStation in 1999 and 2000 respectively, are now available on GOG's platform as part of their Preservation Program, ensuring the original content remains intact.

While a new Dino Crisis game or an HD remake remains a fan-fueled dream, Capcom's focus on other titles, like Exoprimal, seemingly leaves little room for a revival. Even creator Shinji Mikami acknowledged this in a statement last year.

GOG's release is a significant boon for fans, as these PC ports were previously difficult to obtain and run smoothly on modern systems. GOG highlights the enhanced experience, stating that Regina's famous line, "You're extinct!", no longer applies to the games themselves.
