Marvel Rivals: PvE Mode and Season 1 Details Emerge

Recent leaks suggest exciting developments for Marvel Rivals, including a potential PvE mode and updates on villain releases.

A prominent leaker, RivalsLeaks, claims a PvE mode is under development, citing a source who reportedly played an early version. Further evidence allegedly comes from RivalsInfo, who found a related tag in game files. However, RivalsLeaks acknowledges the possibility of cancellation or delay. Another leak points to a potential Capture the Flag mode in development, hinting at NetEase Games' ambitious expansion plans for the hero shooter.

Season 1: Eternal Night Falls, launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, will feature Dracula as the main antagonist and introduce the Fantastic Four to the playable roster. A new map, a darker version of New York City, is also anticipated.

The same leaker also reports that the villain Ultron has been delayed until Season 2. While a full ability kit leak previously fueled speculation of an imminent release—revealing Ultron as a Strategist capable of drone-based healing and attacks—the addition of four new characters in Season 1 suggests a postponement.

This delay has sparked speculation about the arrival of Blade. Given Season 1's Dracula theme and existing leaks about Blade's abilities, many anticipate his debut soon after the Fantastic Four's introduction.

The abundance of confirmed and leaked information has generated significant excitement among fans eagerly awaiting Season 1: Eternal Night Falls.
