PlayStation State of Play Unveiled for February 12
Sony's PlayStation State of Play is set for tomorrow, February 12th, at 2 PM Pacific / 5 PM Eastern / 10 PM UK. This 40+ minute broadcast, available in English and Japanese on PlayStation's YouTube and Twitch channels, promises a diverse lineup of games from global studios.
While specifics remain under wraps, anticipation is high for updates on several highly anticipated titles. The PlayStation Blog hints at "a creative and unique selection of exciting games," fueling speculation. Many hope for extended gameplay of Sucker Punch's Ghost of Tsushima, alongside a release date for Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. Given last week's PlayStation Store leak, an official Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater release date trailer is also a strong possibility.
Further expectations, though perhaps less likely, include new details on Insomniac's Wolverine or Naughty Dog's Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. More realistically, we anticipate updates on Phantom: Blade Zero (S-Game's action RPG), Bungie's Marathon, and Haven's Fairgames, particularly given recent events surrounding Sony and Concord.
March also marks the 10th anniversary of Bloodborne, adding another layer of intrigue. Could this be the event for a surprise reveal? And with persistent rumors, will Halo finally grace PlayStation consoles?
