Scarlet Girls Beginner's Guide – Build your Ultimate Squad of Dynamic 2D Girls

Author : Mia Update : Mar 04,2025

Dive into the captivating world of Scarlet Girls, a brand-new idle RPG featuring a squad of technologically enhanced mecha waifus! Set in the 119th year of the Old Euro Calendar, humanity faces extinction due to catastrophic events that mutated animals into powerful beings. As a last hope, you must recruit and train these mecha girls to combat catastromechs and restore peace. This beginner's guide will illuminate core mechanics and game modes to boost your progress.

Mastering Scarlet Girls' Combat Mechanics

Scarlet Girls offers a completely idle, casual combat experience. Battles unfold in a turn-based system, with allies and enemies acting based on their Speed stat. Players deploy five characters; the "Quick Dispatch" feature automatically optimizes your team based on strength. Simply relax and watch the thrilling animations of your characters' special abilities unfold.

Your "Stellaris" (in-game term for characters) automatically utilize powerful active and passive abilities, each with a cooldown timer. Strategic squad building is key to victory, focusing on synergistic abilities and maximizing your characters' strengths. Combat is entirely automated; strategy lies in team composition and character power.

Stellaris are categorized into four classes:

  • Paladins: High armor, drawing enemy fire and protecting teammates.
  • Support: Healing and support abilities, providing utility from the backline.
  • Devastator: High firepower, dealing devastating energy damage.
  • Assaulter: Skilled in bladed weapons, specializing in physical damage.

Unlocking Power: The Echo Gacha System

Recruit Stellaris through the gacha system. Characters have varying rarities: R, SR, SSR, and SSR+. Higher rarity equates to stronger base stats (Attack, Defense, HP) and more potent abilities.

The "Normal Echo" banner (at global launch) offers R-SSR Stellaris. Use Echo tickets or Diamonds to summon. An SSR is guaranteed within 40 summons. Each summon awards 20 Echo points; 2000 points allows you to choose a random SSR from elemental banners (excluding Nebula). Rarity recruitment probabilities are:

  • R Stellaris: 19.979%
  • SR Stellaris: 2.667%
  • SSR Stellaris: 0.133%
  • SSR+ Stellaris: 0.010%
