The dress isn't for sale. Instead, look for a dragon icon on your map.

Following the icon leads you to a friendly dragon that enjoys Dews of Inspiration. Feed the dragon these glowing orbs.

Reward: The "Paper Crane's Flight" dress! Craft and equip it immediately. The crafting materials are readily available.

Return to the sculptor (available 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM). If you miss the window, simply wait until the next available time.
