Warped Wire is a potential drop from stacked bipedal machines. These aren't common, except in a specific area. Fast travel to the Desert Camp access point. Proceed along the path toward the main desert. Before reaching the open desert, you'll traverse mountainous terrain, following a pipe through ruins. This area consistently spawns multiple stacked machines.

Two small clearings near ruined structures are prime farming spots. All machines here are the stacked variety. Warped Wire boasts a decent drop rate; expect one or two per clearing. Equip a Drop Rate Up plug-in chip to expedite the process.
