For users unable to launch the app on Android 11, we've identified a solution. Some Android 11 devices have reported immediate crashes upon launching PPPark!. To resolve this, you can perform an "Erase Storage" which should allow the app to start up normally. Please be aware that this action will delete your parking lot posting history, and unfortunately, it cannot be recovered.

Procedure:

1. Open "Settings"
2. Go to "Apps and Notifications"
3. Select "PP Park!" from the list of applications
4. Navigate to "Storage and Cache"
5. Tap "Erase Storage"

This issue stems from Android 11, and Google is aware of the problem. While we anticipate a fix from Google and device manufacturers, similar issues persist globally. We apologize for any inconvenience and recommend the "Erase Storage" method if you encounter this issue.

• Easy Navigation: Seamless integration with Google Navi, Yahoo! Navi, and NaviCon allows for straightforward navigation to your chosen parking spot.
• Reservation and Shared Parking: PPPark! includes listings for reservation-based and shared parking lots, such as Akippa, Special P (Toku P), and TOHOGAS parking (available only in Okazaki city).
• Street Parking: The app displays street parking options near your search point, which is ideal for short-term needs like shopping or work. These are marked with light green lines and circles on the map in cities like Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Osaka. Remember, street parking has time limits, and exceeding these can result in a parking violation.
• User Posting Function: You can contribute by posting unregistered, updated, or closed parking lots. Note that with Android 10 or later, your posted information won't transfer upon changing devices.

How to Use PPPark!

1. Display your destination on the map.
2. Set the pickup and drop-off date and time.
3. Click the "magnifying glass" button at the bottom right to initiate the search.
4. The search results will appear on the map, numbered in ascending order for easy identification of the nearest and cheapest parking options.
