Eliminate viruses by matching colored capsules.

The game board is filled with viruses in three colors: red, yellow, and blue. As each capsule descends, you can move it left or right and rotate it to position it next to viruses and existing capsules. When you align four or more capsule segments or viruses of the same color vertically or horizontally, they are cleared from the board. The primary goal is to beat each level by removing every virus from the playing field. The game ends if capsules stack up and block the bottle's narrow opening.

Every new game lets you choose your starting difficulty. The initial level, selected from zero to twenty, sets how many viruses you must clear, while three speed options control how fast the capsules fall. Your score depends only on the viruses you eliminate, not on your completion time or the number of capsules used. Beating the highest difficulty lets you continue playing to earn a higher score, though the number of viruses to clear stays fixed. You earn bonus points for clearing multiple viruses simultaneously, but not for triggering chain reactions where one clear causes another. The game’s speed also affects scoring: faster speeds award more points.
