• Appointment Management: Easily review upcoming appointments and access your attendance records for the past year.

• Specialist Outpatient Clinic Bookings (BookHA): Schedule new appointments with specialists across various departments, including Anaesthesiology (Pain Clinic), Cardiothoracic Surgery, Clinical Oncology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Eye, Gynaecology, Medicine, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics, Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Paediatrics, and Surgery.

• Convenient Payment (Pay HA): Pay your medical bills directly through the app using various methods, including scan-to-pay and barcode payments at convenience stores. Access your billing information conveniently.

• Personalized Rehabilitation (Rehab): Follow your prescribed rehabilitation program with multimedia resources like videos and games, allowing you to complete exercises anytime, anywhere.

• Medication Management: Access your dispensing records, medication information, and allergy details.

• My Health Info: Receive personalized health information and instructions from healthcare professionals through e-pamphlets, videos, and audio files with adjustable playback settings. All information is provided by the Hospital Authority.
