While you might luck out and befriend a future doctor naturally, actively building friendships throughout school and university is key. Regularly check your friends list; if someone becomes a doctor, choose to become best friends. Alternatively, pursue a medical career yourself, befriending and eventually becoming best friends with a doctor colleague. This task may require several attempts due to the element of chance.

Become a Baker

Find a "Baker" job in the full-time job listings. Answer the application question and any type of baker role will suffice. This job isn't always available, so keep checking back.

Rob a Bank

This is where the Crime Special Talent (from Job Packs) and a Get Out of Jail Free Card come in handy. Navigate to Activities > Crime > Rob a Bank and choose your details. There's an element of chance involved; you might get arrested. Robbing a bank is generally easier than a train, eliminating the need to consider train schedules. Prioritize completing the doctor and baker tasks first.

Murder a Boyfriend

Save this task for last. Find a boyfriend (Activities > Love > Date). Then, go to Activities > Crime > Murder and select your boyfriend as the victim and your preferred method. More brutal methods might increase your success rate, or use the Assassin's Blade if you have it.
