What is Equipment?

Aside from leveling up, equipping your heroes with the right gear is crucial for boosting their specific stats. In Idle Heroes, each hero can wear equipment in six distinct slots:

• Weapons
• Armor
• Shoes
• Accessories
• Artifacts
• Gems/stones (Treasures)

Artifacts within the same tier share identical upgrading costs and engulf values. As mentioned earlier, artifacts are available in various rarities, listed below from highest to lowest:

• Orange
• Red
• Green
• Purple
• Yellow
• Blue

The Orange and Red artifacts represent the pinnacle of artifact tiers. Some artifacts are hero-specific, granting special abilities or stats when equipped to the designated hero. These exclusive artifacts are generally more potent than their standard counterparts and come with an additional property exclusive to heroes of the correct faction, highlighted by the relevant faction icon.
