Mecha BREAK to Unlock All Starting Mechs After Feedback
Mecha BREAK, the thrilling multiplayer mech game, has recently wrapped up its open beta phase on Steam, which concluded on March 16. The game attracted a staggering peak of over 300,000 players during this period and has now secured its position as the 5th most wishlisted game on the platform. This impressive engagement has provided the developers at Chinese studio Amazing Seasun with a wealth of player feedback, which they are now carefully considering.
One of the key considerations being discussed by Amazing Seasun is the potential to make all Break Strikers (Mechs) available to players right from the start of the game. Currently, at launch, players have access to only one Break Striker, with the remaining 11 requiring in-game currency earned through multiple multiplayer matches. This can mean a significant grind for players eager to unlock all 12 Break Strikers.
In response to player feedback, the developers are contemplating changes to the game's structure, including the availability of mechs and the usage of mech modules in 3v3 and 6v6 competitive modes. However, Amazing Seasun has not yet made any firm commitments and emphasizes that a live service model will be crucial at launch and for the game's ongoing development.
