Turmoil Launches Deeper Underground DLC

Dutch game developer Gamious and publisher Leiting Games have launched Turmoil: Deeper Underground for Android. This expansion to the lighthearted oil tycoon strategy game is the latest DLC for the title.

The new DLC, available on multiple platforms, transports the game into the Roaring Twenties. It emphasizes oil refining, introducing game mechanics that turn crude oil into petrol.

Exploring Turmoil: Deeper Underground

Venturing into Deeper Underground allows you to discover more than just oil. The campaign introduces new resources like water, dynamite, and rubies, with petrol refining becoming a profitable part of the experience.

Deep Mode levels let prospectors dig further than before, offering greater risks and rewards. You'll also find new playable characters, new NPCs, entirely new areas to explore, and a redesigned town with new shops.

Among the new playable characters, the mayor is particularly notable. Water resources are also vital for the new challenges, as they are used to produce gasoline during the refining process.

Even the saloon has received an upgrade. It now includes a mini-game called Dice Dice Dice, giving players a break from drilling. Balloon trips also transport adventurers to exclusive deep drilling locations.

Have you tried the game?

Turmoil offers a humorous take on the 19th-century North American oil rush, blending comedy with strategic gameplay. You compete against rivals and the clock to secure the most land, construct efficient pipelines, and sell your oil when prices are favorable.

Land auctions determine who gets which plot, while tools such as dowsers, moles, and scans help reveal hidden oil reserves. Efficient transportation is essential, with wagons and silos storing your crude oil until market conditions are optimal.

New players can try a free campaign demo that lasts for six rounds. After the demo, single games and daily challenges remain accessible. The full campaign, including Turmoil: Deeper Underground, requires the complete game version.

You can explore the latest DLC by downloading the game from the Google Play Store.
