Accept his quest to catch five "fish" – a task that will reward you with a handy Tackle Box (the quotation marks will become clear shortly). To embark on this aquatic adventure, you'll need a fishing rod and bait. Conveniently, Simon the Fisherman sells both. Purchase a Wood Fishing Rod and at least five Worms (ten is recommended). Crucially, you *don't* equip the bait; simply keep the Worms in your inventory. Each successful catch (or even junk!) consumes one Worm.
