This app allows drivers to post various work-related information, integrating seamlessly with the company's Web Console to ensure that work data is more accurate and comprehensive. The app includes the following key features:

1. Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS)

   The Travel Itinerary Menu is designed for managing travel plans related to product delivery as assigned by employees. This menu provides real-time visibility into the current location via GPS devices or the Mobile Tracker menu, as well as the destination for product delivery. It also offers updates on delivery status.

2. Maintenance Menu

   The Maintenance Menu is used for logging vehicle maintenance activities. Data and reports can be summarized via the Web Console, categorized into the following types:

   • Refueling
   • Maintenance/Service
   • Vehicle Condition Check
   • Repair Items

3. Mobile Tracker Menu

   The Mobile Tracker Menu enables tracking of the driver's location using a mobile device, serving as an alternative to traditional GPS devices. GPS location data is transmitted and stored in the system whenever tracking is enabled and can be deactivated as needed. This data can be integrated with other menus such as the Travel Itinerary Menu (TMS) and the Vehicle Tracking Menu. Users can view data summaries or reports in various formats through the Web Console. The Mobile Tracker Menu requires additional permissions for certain device functionalities:

   • Continuous access to location to request GPS data without needing to open the app, enhancing usability.

   • Access to physical activity data (ACTIVITY RECOGNITION) to manage GPS data in different modes for better efficiency and energy conservation:

     1. Still: Requests GPS data every 1 minute. In Power Save Mode, it requests every 5 minutes.
     2. Walking: Requests GPS data every 1 minute when walking is detected.
     3. In Vehicle: Sends GPS data every second to ensure accurate tracking of distance and speed, but normally sends data every 1 minute.

     Power Save Mode activates after being still for more than 5 minutes and deactivates upon detecting walking or vehicle movement.

4. Vehicle Tracking Menu

   The Vehicle Tracking Menu displays real-time location data from GPS or Mobile Tracker devices, along with various work statuses. It also allows users to access historical data in multiple formats, including:

   • Device Information
   • Notification Settings
   • Daily Travel Summary
   • GPS Movement Data at Desired Intervals
   • Additional Information from Installed Equipment such as MDVR, TPMS (if available)
