"Among Us 3D Launching Soon: Enjoy Non-VR Multiplayer Gaming"
In 2022, Innersloth transformed the gaming world with the launch of a virtual reality version of Among Us, which received widespread acclaim. Now, they're set to redefine the experience once more with Among Us 3D. This new iteration brings the beloved game into a fully immersive first-person perspective, available without the need for a VR headset.
Gamers can anticipate the same engaging mechanics they've grown to love, now reimagined for traditional gaming setups. A teaser trailer has been released, giving fans a sneak peek into how tasks, meetings, and sabotage will be experienced from the character's viewpoint. Excitingly, players will have the opportunity to test this new mode during Steam's upcoming "Game On" festival, where a free demo will be available for hands-on exploration.
Although no official release date has been set, Among Us 3D is slated to launch first on PC, optimized for keyboard and mouse controls. The updated interface promises improved accessibility for all players. Additionally, cross-play functionality will enable users of Among Us 3D to collaborate seamlessly with those on Among Us VR, while the original Among Us will continue to operate independently from these new versions.
To further enhance the player experience, Innersloth is introducing a new in-game currency called Stardust in the coming months. This addition will offer expanded customization options, allowing players to personalize their avatars and play an active role in the game's ongoing development.
