Unlocking and Befriending Lobo in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp

This guide details how to unlock and invite Lobo, a wolf villager, to your campsite in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.

Unlocking Lobo

Lobo becomes available as a potential contact between levels 20 and 39 of your Camp Manager level. The game randomly assigns villagers at each level, meaning you might unlock him earlier or later within this range. Once unlocked, he'll appear on your map periodically.

If Lobo isn't appearing, use a Calling Card:

1. Access your Contacts (icon above your planner). Navigate to the wolf tab and locate Lobo.
2. Select Lobo and choose "Call." This summons him for 3 hours.

Leveling up your Camp Manager is achieved by interacting with villagers, fulfilling their requests, and gifting snacks. Completing Gulliver's Ship maps at Blathers's Treasure Trek also provides additional villagers, including those not obtained through leveling.

Inviting Lobo to Your Campsite

To invite Lobo, he needs to reach friendship level 5. You'll also need to craft the following furniture:

Increase Lobo's friendship level by completing his requests (use Request Tickets if needed – 3 per villager daily) or by gifting him treats. Generic treats (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are suitable, or use historical-themed treats like Pound Cakes for a bonus.

Completing Lobo's Special Request

At friendship level 10, Lobo will issue a special request requiring you to craft a Vintage Telephone.

This takes 18 hours and costs 9980 Bells, requiring:

• x2 Sparkle Stones
• x4 Historical Essence
• x75 Wood
• x75 Steel

Completing special requests rewards +10 friendship points, 1000 Bells, a Request Ticket, and a Calling Card. The Vintage Telephone is needed for certain Happy Homeroom classes (Meditative Room, Meditative Room 2, Edo Zen Home 2).
