"Balatro" Hits Apple Arcade and iOS as Premium Release on September 26th

The highly anticipated mobile release of *Balatro* from developer LocalThunk and publisher Playstack is set to launch later this month on iOS, Android, and Apple Arcade. This Poker-inspired roguelike has already achieved remarkable success, selling over 2 million copies on PS5, Switch, Steam, PS4, and Xbox within just six months. The mobile version will be available as a premium release for $9.99 on iOS and Android, and as a "+" version on Apple Arcade right from day one. Fans can look forward to even more excitement with a major free update planned for 2025, which will introduce new ideas and strategies to the game.
