Botany Manor's PlayStation Release Date Finally Set for January 28th

Initially slated for a December 17th, 2024 release, the critically acclaimed puzzle game Botany Manor will finally arrive on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on January 28th, 2025. The delay, announced by publisher Whitethorn Games, aimed to ensure a polished and optimal player experience.

Originally launched in April 2024 for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, Botany Manor quickly garnered praise, earning a "Strong" rating on OpenCritic with an 83/100 average score and a 92% recommendation rate. Its charming atmosphere, inventive puzzles, and rewarding exploration captivated critics and players alike, establishing it as a top-tier puzzle game of 2024.

The PlayStation port's release date was initially postponed from its December 2024 target. Whitethorn Games confirmed the new January 28th, 2025 launch date on January 9th, 2025. While a PS Store page isn't yet live, pre-orders or wishlisting may become available soon.

The PlayStation version is expected to be priced at $24.99, consistent with other platforms. As a one-time purchase with no microtransactions, it will likely mirror the other versions, excluding the digital soundtrack available separately on Steam.

Expanding PlayStation's Puzzle Game Lineup

Botany Manor's arrival on PlayStation will complete its release across all initially announced platforms. Developer Balloon Studios hasn't yet announced their next project. Joining Botany Manor on the PlayStation Store on January 28th are Cuisineer, Eternal Strands, and The Sone of Madness. The addition of Botany Manor significantly strengthens the PlayStation library's already impressive collection of puzzle games.
