Brok the Investigator is getting a Christmas-themed standalone release you can play now

Brok the InvestiGator is getting a festive spin-off! This free, hour-long visual novel prequel offers a heartwarming Christmas adventure. Forget the beat 'em up action; this is a different kind of investigation.

In Brok Natal Tail Christmas, players experience the unique Atlasian holiday, Natal Untail, through the eyes of Graff and Ott. Despite its corrupted origins, they discover the true spirit of Christmas with a little help from Brok.

This isn't a full-fledged game, clocking in at around an hour of playtime. However, it showcases Cowcat's new Brokvn Engine and ventures into a new genre for the developer.

Considering it's free and a fun Christmas treat for Brok fans, criticizing its length seems unfair. Cowcat's willingness to experiment with a new genre is commendable. There's little to lose by trying it; unless, of course, you absolutely dislike visual novels.
