While not a guaranteed new game release, the public filing strongly indicates Capcom is actively exploring possibilities for the franchise. Securing the trademark lays the groundwork for potential future projects, possibly including a remake of this beloved dinosaur survival horror series. Originally conceived by Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami, the first Dino Crisis game launched on the PlayStation 1 in 1999.
