This year's Marvel Snap update is massive, replacing the Avengers with their sinister counterparts. The season draws inspiration from Marvel's Dark Reign storyline, following the Civil War arc. Norman Osborn, the infamous Green Goblin, seizes control of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s remnants (renamed H.A.M.M.E.R.), assembling a villainous Avengers team.

This season introduces Norman Osborn as Iron Patriot, along with Victoria Hand (January 7th), Bullseye (January 21st), Moonstone (January 14th), and Ares (January 28th). A new location, the besieged Asgard, adds a dramatic backdrop.
