Delta Force lays out 2025 roadmap and content ahead of mobile release
Delta Force: A Mobile Roadmap for 2025 and Beyond
The mobile release of Delta Force, the iconic tactical shooter, is rapidly approaching later this year. Developer Level Infinite has unveiled an exciting content roadmap for 2025, promising a steady stream of updates for this free-to-play title.
The initial season focuses on expanding the existing game. Expect a wave of new operators, weapons, attachments, and gadgets, along with fresh Warfare mode maps.
Season two ups the ante with nighttime versions of existing maps, adding a new dimension to gameplay, alongside further additions of weapons, operators, and attachments. Season three introduces a new season pass and another Warfare map. Finally, season four will deliver yet another Warfare map and a fresh batch of content.
Cross-Progression and Mobile Potential:
Delta Force plans to offer cross-progression between mobile and PC platforms. This suggests that much of the existing PC content will likely be available on mobile at launch. The roadmap itself points towards a substantial amount of post-launch content.
The Warfare mode is particularly promising, potentially filling a void left by the Battlefield series in the mobile gaming market. However, the performance of this large-scale, destruction-filled multiplayer mode will naturally depend on individual device capabilities.
With a projected release date in late April, there's still time to anticipate the arrival of Delta Force. In the meantime, explore our list of the best iOS shooters to keep your tactical skills sharp.
