Fishing Clash hosts virtual event with Major League Fishing, offering real-life prizes.
Ten Square Games has unveiled an exciting new event for Fishing Clash enthusiasts, offering the chance to win real-life rewards in partnership with Major League Fishing (MLF). This marks the second year of their collaboration, which began in July 2023, and it promises to blend the thrill of live, real-world events with engaging in-game challenges set across beloved American waters.
The latest event, running concurrently with the MLF B&W Trailer Hitches Heavy Hitters all-star event from May 15th to May 23rd, will see professional anglers competing at Smith Mountain Lake in Franklin County, Virginia, for a hefty $100,000 prize. Meanwhile, Fishing Clash players can dive into the action at the virtual Toledo Bend Reservoir. By successfully completing event challenges, players have the opportunity to qualify for the Grand Finale set for August. Here, they can compete for pearls, vanity items, MLF-themed vanities, and more.
This event follows the success of the Redcrest 2025 circuit held at Lake Guntersville, Alabama, last month. From March 31st to April 7th, Fishing Clash fans participated in an in-game event at the virtual Lake Guntersville fishery, where leaderboard competitions rewarded players with MLF-branded goodies. This is a testament to the studio's role as the official title sponsor of the Angler of the Year (AOY) awards.
For those who manage to secure a spot in the top five during the Grand Finale, exclusive MLF-branded prize packs await, including autographed MLF Angler Jerseys and Bubba Sculpin Fishing Knives—perfect for boasting your achievements.
