In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, the side quest "A Good Scrub" leads to a series of bathhouse-related tasks, culminating in the quest "Ill Repute," where you need to find an item infested with fleas for Betty. Here's a detailed guide on how to navigate these quests and locate the flea-infested item.

Pick Up 'A Good Scrub'

To start, speak to the innkeeper in Kuttenberg about work, who will direct you to Betty at her bathhouse in the southeast part of the city. When you meet Betty, express your interest in working for her, and she will task you with going to Grund to find Matsek. Matsek is hesitant to be seen with the girls he's supposed to bring to the bathhouse. Approach him in the courtyard where he's standing near three girls at a table. Inform them that you're there on Betty's behalf and escort them back to Kuttenberg.

Promote the Bathhouse

Upon returning with the girls, Betty will ask you to help promote the bathhouse by spreading the word at the grain market, horse market, vintners' street, and merchants' street. This task must be completed during the day, so ensure you start early if necessary.

Clean Up the Bathhouse and Finish 'A Good Scrub'

After promoting the bathhouse, you'll need to clean it up before the alderman's inspection. Completing these tasks quickly is crucial; failure to do so will result in the bathhouse being shut down, preventing you from picking up the "Ill Repute" quest.

Finding Fleas for 'Ill Repute' in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

Once the bathhouse passes inspection, speak to Betty about ongoing issues. She'll inform you that the city council is deciding on the main bathhouse, and you need to make the councillor leave the competing bathhouse. To do this, gather information from Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida about the councillor's dislikes. You'll need Chamomile Brew to add to the wine cask on the second floor of the competing bathhouse. Additionally, Lida will reveal the councillor's preference for fragrant oils after you give her a noblewomen's dress from a tailor. To sabotage further, lockpick a cabinet on the third floor and steal the oils.

Katcha mentions that the bathhouse once had fleas. To find the flea-infested item, head to the east gate of Kuttenberg City, where you'll find a small camp of beggars. Search the sacks there to locate a flea-infested blanket.

With the flea-infested blanket in hand, return to the competing bathhouse and go to the room where you added the Chamomile Brew to the wine. When no one is watching, interact with the baskets and pour the fleas into Councillor Naaz's laundry basket and the clean laundry basket.

If you struggle to find the flea-infested item, remember that completing just one of the three tasks (Chamomile Brew, fragrant oils, or fleas) is enough to make the councillor leave, allowing you to complete the "Ill Repute" quest and move on to other quests like "Axe from the Lake."
