Heavy Metal #1 is set for a substantial print run of 73,000 copies, marking it as the largest print run the series has seen in several decades. Priced at $14.99, the first issue spans an impressive 232 pages, ensuring a wealth of content for fans.
Mark your calendars as Heavy Metal #1 will hit comic shops on April 30 and newsstands on May 13. The magazine is slated for a quarterly release, although the publisher has hinted at the possibility of a more frequent schedule should demand increase.
