Helldivers 2 creator hints at possible collab with Warhammer 40,000

Following the successful Helldivers 2 collaboration with the Killzone franchise, speculation is swirling within the community about a potential crossover with another iconic universe: Warhammer 40,000. While some doubt Games Workshop would ever allow such a collaboration, Arrowhead Studios head Shams Jorjani offered a reassuring statement: "I can say that GW would love a crossover, we're big fans of [Warhammer] 40k ourselves."

This comment fueled excitement among Helldivers 2 players, hinting at a possible future collaboration with Games Workshop.

Helldivers 2's premium content now focuses on carefully curated themes, exemplified by the Killzone 2 partnership. The developer has clarified that such crossovers will be rare, occurring only when they organically enhance the game's existing world.

This Killzone partnership also includes a Galactic War community challenge offering players the chance to earn more Killzone-themed rewards based on overall community performance.
