KEMCO Launches Alphadia III RPG Globally on Android

Alphadia III is now officially available on Android for players worldwide, marking the latest and most ambitious entry in the beloved Alphadia series. As the third installment, it continues to build on the rich lore and deep gameplay fans have come to expect. Developed by EXE CREATE and published by KEMCO, the game originally launched in Japan back in October 2023 and has finally made its global debut.

What’s the Story in Alphadia III?

Set in the year Alphadian 970, the narrative unfolds during the final acts of the Energi War—a large-scale conflict centered around a mysterious energy source known as "energi." The world is divided among three dominant factions: the Schwarzschild Empire in the north, the Nordsheim Kingdom in the west, and the Luminea Alliance in the east. Each power vies for control, pushing the world closer to chaos.

Amid this turmoil, you step into the role of Alfonso, a clone soldier whose life takes an unexpected turn when a girl named Tarte arrives with news of another clone’s death. This moment serves as the catalyst for a dramatic shift in his perspective, setting off a chain of events that will shape the fate of the world.

What’s the Gameplay Like?

Alphadia III retains the classic turn-based combat system presented from a side-view perspective, beautifully rendered in pixel art. Battles are enhanced through features like SP Skills—powerful abilities that charge during combat and can dramatically alter the tide of battle when used at the right moment.

The game also introduces Arrays, which are dynamic battle formations or tactical strategies unlocked progressively. These allow for flexible and strategic combat approaches depending on enemy composition and battlefield conditions.

A new gameplay mechanic is the Energi Crock, a handy feature where you can deposit surplus items while traveling. Over time, it generates Energi Elements, which can be exchanged at special shops for valuable equipment and consumables.

As you progress, you’ll encounter various factions such as Deval, a peacekeeping coalition, and elite military units like Rosenkreutz from Nordsheim. You'll also meet different energi-powered clone models, including the Berger Series from Nordsheim and the Delta Series from Schwarzschild.

Beyond the main campaign, Alphadia III offers a wealth of side quests and optional content to explore. The game is fully optimized for controller use, enhancing the overall experience on mobile devices.
