Together We Live Is a New Visual Novel with a Deep Story About Humanity’s Sins

Kemco's new visual novel, Together We Live, offers a poignant post-apocalyptic narrative exploring themes of human sin and redemption, now available exclusively on Android (previously released on Steam).

A Journey of Atonement

The story follows Kyoya, who awakens in a dimly lit room in the year 4000, two millennia removed from his last memory. He finds himself in a desolate world, guided by a mysterious girl burdened by a heavy task: she endlessly repeats a cycle of death and rebirth, atoning for humanity's past transgressions. This relentless cycle, described as brutal, compels Kyoya to introduce her to the concept of happiness.

The narrative unfolds at a deliberate pace, initially slow-burning, before escalating with unexpected twists and revelations. Details initially perceived as insignificant gain profound significance as the plot thickens.

A Thought-Provoking Experience

Unlike many visual novels, Together We Live eschews player choices, presenting a linear, interactive story. Its simple yet appealing art style complements a narrative blending beauty and sorrow. The girl's fully voiced performance adds a haunting and fitting dimension to the experience. Currently available in English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese, the game lacks controller support. It's priced at $9.99 on the Google Play Store, or free with a Play Pass subscription.
