"Monster Hunter Now Unveils Spring Hunt 2025 Update!"

In the second update of Season 5: The Blossoming Blade, Monster Hunter Now introduces the Spring Hunt 2025 event, a special online paid event running from May 24th to May 25th, 2025. This event puts the spotlight on the elusive elder dragon, Chameleos.

What’s the Spring Hunt 2025 in Monster Hunter Now?

The Spring Hunt 2025 event in Monster Hunter Now requires an event ticket, which you can purchase from the in-game shop. By participating, you gain access to uninterrupted Elder Dragon Interceptions, exclusively featuring Chameleos. This means no waiting times between Interceptions and Hunt-a-thons, and you'll also receive bonus Chameleos-themed layered gear to enhance your hunter's appearance.

The event includes the Event Exchange Hubs, with two hubs available during the Spring Hunt. The Spring Hunt Eve Exchange Hub will be open from May 19th at 9:00 a.m. until June 2nd at 11:59 p.m. During this period, from May 19th to May 25th, you can collect tokens by defeating large monsters or elder dragons. These tokens can then be traded at the hubs for rewards such as a Silver Rathalos Plate, Glavenus Plate, Wyvern Gem Shard, and more.

Eager to Get Your Hands on Chameleos?

Chameleos, known for its stealth abilities and the ability to emit a disorienting fog, becomes available for Elder Dragon Interceptions starting May 24th, 2025. Hunters ranked 100 or above can encounter Chameleos in 8-star Elder Dragon Interceptions once they enter a preliminary state, starting at 9:00 a.m. on the 24th. Chameleos is particularly vulnerable to Fire, Dragon, and Blast damage, so preparing your gear accordingly will give you the edge in battle.

Successfully defeating Chameleos allows you to craft the new Mizuha Set armour, which features the Chameleos Venomist skill. This skill reduces the duration of poison and venom effects by half and increases your ability to inflict poison on monsters. Additionally, you can craft various weapons using Chameleos materials, including Dual Blades, Great Sword, Long Sword, Hammer, Gunlance, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, and Bow.
