Musk 'Leaks' Streamer's Private Chats After Gamer Exposure
Ilon Musk found himself at the center of controversy after being accused of using a "booster" service to level up a character to 97 in Path of Exile 2. The allegations surfaced following a 32-minute video by Asmongold, who dissected the claims of "cheating" by Musk, suggesting that he might have either bought a high-level character or had someone else level it up for him. The video highlighted the immense time commitment required to reach such a high level, sparking discussions about how Musk could manage this alongside his responsibilities at SpaceX, Tesla, and X.
Further fueling the debate, players noted that during Musk's streams, he appeared unfamiliar with the game's mechanics, which seemed incongruous with someone who had supposedly leveled a character from zero to 97.

In response to Asmongold's video, Musk took to social media to jest that he, too, "needs to coordinate with the boss," and insinuated that Asmongold consults with a team of editors before posting content on the X network. Asmongold clarified that he does not have a boss and that any editors he works with are under his employ, a standard practice among YouTube and Twitch streamers. This setup allows creators to focus on producing content while delegating editing tasks.
Asmongold further remarked that Musk's comments only underscored his lack of understanding about the intricacies of content creation behind the scenes.
