Netflix Reveals Squid Game Season 3 Release Date and New Images
Netflix has officially announced that Squid Game Season 3 will premiere on June 27, 2025. The streamer unveiled a new poster and images, giving fans "a tantalizing glimpse into the fate of the surviving players."
Continuing from where Season 2 concluded, the third and final season delves into the pivotal choices faced by Gi-hun (played by Lee Jung-jae) as he navigates "overwhelming despair." Meanwhile, the Front Man (Lee Byung-hun) strategizes his next steps. The stakes escalate for the remaining players, whose decisions lead to increasingly perilous outcomes in each round of the lethal games, as per Netflix's description. "This season promises to push the limits of suspense and drama, keeping viewers glued to the action."

"Gone is the rainbow-hued track of Season 2’s six-legged pentathlon; in its place, a vividly swirling flower-pattern floor ominously foreshadows the cutthroat finale to come," Netflix stated. "The sinister silhouettes of Young-hee and her companion Cheol-su — first hinted in last season’s post-credit scene — suggest that even more brutal games lie ahead."
