Nintendo has exciting news for gaming enthusiasts: pre-orders for the highly anticipated Nintendo Switch 2 will commence in the U.S. on April 24, 2025. The console will maintain its original price of $449.99 and is set to launch on June 5, 2025. This announcement was made official on Nintendo's website, which also addressed potential price changes for Switch 2 accessories due to shifts in market conditions. Nintendo further cautioned that adjustments to the pricing of any Nintendo product could occur in the future based on these same market dynamics.

Alongside the base console, the Nintendo Switch 2 + Mario Kart World bundle will remain priced at $499.99. Additionally, the pricing for both the physical and digital versions of Mario Kart World at $79.99 and Donkey Kong Bananza at $69.99 will stay unchanged at launch.
