For those unfamiliar with the Facebook original, Pet Society was a wildly popular game from Playfish, boasting 50 million monthly players at its peak. Players customized their virtual pets with clothes and accessories, decorated their homes, and ensured their furry friends were happy and healthy. Launched in 2008, the game's servers unfortunately shut down in 2013. Several attempts to recreate the magic have followed, such as Pet Pals City.
