Pokemon Center Hiroshima Relocates, Unveils Gyarados Plaza

Pokemon Center Hiroshima will temporarily close in March 2025, reopening at a new location in April 2025. A new Gyarados-themed playground, the Gyarados Plaza, will debut in March at a separate location.

New Location for Pokemon Center Hiroshima

The store's new address will be the second floor of Ekie, Hiroshima Station's north exit. This marks a move from its current location on the 6th floor of Sogo Hiroshima's Main Building, where it's resided since June 2015.

Gyarados Plaza Opens at Hiroshima Station's Minamoa

The Gyarados Plaza, situated on the rooftop of Soramoa Plaza within the new Minamoa building at Hiroshima Station, will open on March 24, 2025. This playground features large Gyarados-themed play equipment. Initially, reservations will be required to use the equipment; details will be released on the Minamoa website.

Nationwide Poke-lun TV Event

To celebrate Poke-lun TV surpassing 1 million subscribers, a nationwide event will be held at Pokemon Centers across Japan, including Hiroshima, from January 17th to February 16th, 2025. Fans can receive an exclusive sticker by presenting a password obtained from a specific Poke-lun TV YouTube video (posted December 19, 2024). Select Pokemon Centers (Mega Tokyo, Osaka, and Okinawa) will also feature Poke-lun TV studio photo opportunities.
