Project Tower: Strategies to Defeat Kupolovrax

Author : Evelyn Update : Mar 27,2025

Kupolovrax, a formidable boss in *Project Tower*, can be quite challenging due to its projectile-based attacks. However, with the right strategies, players can overcome this adversary more effectively. This guide provides detailed tactics to help you defeat Kupolovrax and progress in the game.

While it might seem that targeting Kupolovrax's illuminated segments is key, damaging the boss's carapace is also effective.

Project Tower: Kupolovrax Boss Guide

Phase 1

The battle with Kupolovrax starts with the boss standing on the platform. To tackle this phase, maintain a safe distance and continuously fire at the enemy while dodging its attacks using these strategies:

  • Orb Ring Fall: Kupolovrax summons rings of orbs that fall from the platform's edge to the center. To evade, keep an eye on the sky and dodge roll just before an orb hits you.
  • Orb Scattershot Fall: Similar to the Orb Ring Fall, but the orbs are scattered. This is easier to dodge; simply strafe around the falling orbs and use a dodge roll if necessary.
  • Orb Line Push: This attack involves lines of orbs moving directly towards you. To avoid them, strafe left and right into the gaps, or wait for the first line to approach, dodge roll forward, and then dash forward.
  • Stomp: Kupolovrax occasionally stomps, sending out a shockwave. Jump over the shockwave and keep firing at the boss during this maneuver.

Phase 2

When Kupolovrax's health drops to around 66%, it takes flight. Continue to keep your distance and shoot while dodging its projectiles using these methods:

  • Orb Scattershot Fall: Kupolovrax launches numerous orbs into the air that fall slowly. Watch the sky and strafe to avoid them easily.
  • Orb Ring Push: The boss pushes forward rings of orbs that close in on you. Hold your position until the last moment, then dodge roll left or right to avoid them.
  • Orb Line Push: Similar to the Phase 1 version, dodge roll forward as the first line approaches, then dash forward. Alternatively, dodge roll to the side and dash in the opposite direction.

Phase 3

At around 33% health, Kupolovrax enters its final phase, which resembles Phase 2 but includes a modified attack:

  • Modified Orb Ring Push: This attack consists of three parts: closing rings, two quick ring pushes, and falling orb rings. To dodge, wait until the last moment before the rings hit, then dodge roll left, dash right to avoid the quick rings, and walk forward to evade the falling orbs.

*Project Tower* is available on PC and PS5, offering players a thrilling challenge with Kupolovrax.
