Resonance Solstice ARPG Rides Train Through Wasteland

Author : Jacob Update : Dec 20,2025
  • Resonance Solstice is an upcoming anime-style RPG launching later this year
  • Pre-registration is now live, offering exclusive rewards for early sign-ups
  • The game features deep train mechanics and a vast post-apocalyptic world to discover

Earlier today, we examined Ananta and its latest gameplay trailer. Just as I mentioned how similar ARPGs need a unique twist, Resonance Solstice proves exactly that—what could be quirkier than an anime RPG centered around trains?

Set in an alternate reality, Resonance Solstice takes place after the arrival of the Morphic Moon in the 1960s, which led to worldwide Morphic Field pollution. As the conductor of a train navigating between Earth's last surviving cities, your mission is to bring order back to the world.

Beyond the expected card-based battles and team-building typical of anime RPGs, Resonance Solstice offers a complete train simulation experience. Succeed by mastering intercity travel and trading—buying low and selling high is essential.

All aboard!

Pre-registration is currently open for Resonance Solstice, with rewards including 10 Laplace Recruit tickets, a Trainee Uniform, and an Exclusive Crew member. The game also boasts an all-star Japanese voice cast.

Though Resonance Solstice may not redefine the genre like Ananta, it still presents a compelling concept. With trains attracting such dedicated fanbases, it will be fascinating to see how the game balances its mechanics for both enthusiasts and casual players.

Resonance Solstice will soon join the crowded field of mobile RPGs. Competition is fierce, but that’s not necessarily a drawback. Curious about what’s trending? Explore our list of the best RPGs for Android in 2025 to see our top picks here at PG.
