Exciting news for fans of Pokémon TCG Pocket: Shiny Pokémon are making their dazzling debut with the upcoming Shining Revelry expansion! This update is set to bring a sparkle to your digital card collection, featuring over 110 new cards including Shiny versions of fan-favorites like Charizard ex, Lucario ex, and Pachirisu. The new digital format will enhance the visual appeal of these cards, making them shimmer when tilted for an immersive experience.

When Are Shiny Pokémon Arriving in Pokémon TCG Pocket?

Mark your calendars for March 27th, 2025, as the Shining Revelry expansion launches. Not only will you have the chance to pull Shiny cards, but starting April 1st, you can also acquire a Shiny Charizard-themed display board and binder to showcase your collection in style.

Alongside the Shiny Pokémon, characters and Trainers from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, including Tatsugiri, Sprigatito, and Iono, will join the fray. From March 28th to April 27th, new ex Starter Deck missions will be available, offering you the opportunity to earn a deck ticket that can be exchanged for one of nine starter decks.

Shiny Pokémon have been a beloved part of the Pokémon TCG since their introduction in the Neo Destiny set from the second generation. The Hidden Fates set further elevated the allure of Shiny cards with its extensive Shiny Vault, setting a standard for modern iterations.

Ranked Matches Are Finally Coming!

You'll be matched with players of similar skill levels, and at the end of the season, you'll earn an emblem to proudly display on your profile based on your final rank.
