Clash Royale has finally released a significant enhancement for the Inferno Dragon. Nearly a decade after its initial launch without an Evolution, this fiery Legend receives a potent upgrade. To mark the occasion, Supercell collaborated with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a special reveal.

In the skit, the Inferno Dragon humorously abandons its Clash Royale duties to pursue fame in Tinseltown.

The Evolution form dramatically improves the Inferno Dragon's combat effectiveness. Unlike its base version that resets damage when switching targets, the evolved version maintains cumulative damage output for increased battlefield dominance.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Ignites New Clash Royale Season

Dubbed How to Evolve Your Dragon!, the new season introduces the Inferno Dragon Evolution alongside the return of 2v2 League mode. Team up with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ladder.

Milestone Events beginning at Arena 7 offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetics.

Crown Chase #1 awards a Battle Banner with frame and decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase the new Evolution cards, developers have prepared special Game Modes throughout June:

• Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft (June 2-9)
• Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) with exclusive Battle Banner and Emote
• Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) featuring decks with up to 4 Evolution Cards
• Magical Trio (June 16-23)
• 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30)
• Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) allowing up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck
