Wuthering Waves - Dream Patrol: Knight in a Storm Guide

Wuthering Waves' Dream Patrols offer engaging combat challenges. While most are straightforward, some, like "Knight in a Storm," prove trickier due to unique mechanics. This guide helps you conquer this particular patrol and secure all chests.

The "Knight in a Storm" Dream Patrol, located in the Shores of Last Breath area (Fagaceae Peninsula, east of Ragunna City), is marked by a crossed swords icon on your map after activating the Resonance Nexus. Teleporting to the nearby Tacet Field (Sonata set drop location) provides the quickest access. Note: This area unlocks after completing the "Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms" quest.

The Knight itself is a standard Rinascita enemy. The challenge lies in meeting these objectives:

• Maintain Battle Rank S for over 10 seconds: Achieve this through perfect dodges, parries, and ability use (including Intro/Outro skills).
• Perform 3 Interrupting Counterattacks: Successfully parry the Knight's attacks while its weapon is enhanced.
• Immobilize the enemy with Resonance Liberation DMG: Stun the Knight using your character's ultimate ability (depleting its white health bar).

Countering the Enhanced Weapon:

The Knight summons three swords, enhancing one. This is signaled by the enhanced weapon's visual effect. During this enhancement, the Knight performs aerial lunge attacks—your prime counterattack opportunity. When the parry indicators align, counter with an attack to successfully interrupt. Repeat this three times to complete the objective.

Carlotta players can utilize jump attacks or rifle shots (during Resonance Liberation or with Molded Crystal stacks) for effective parries.
